Petra® 110 BK-112
Petra 110 is a 15% glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented, polyethylene terephthalate injection molding compound. It exhibits a good combination of performance properties including good strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures with good chemical resistance and dimensional stability.
Petra® 130
Petra 130 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced polyethylene terephthalate injection molding compound. It is available in natural and pigmented versions. It exhibits a superb combination of performance properties including high strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures with good chemical resistance and dimensional stability.
Petra® 130 BK-112
Petra 130 BK-112 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented polyethylene terephthalate injection molding compound. It exhibits a superb combination of performance properties including good strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures. It also has good chemical resistance and dimensional stability, and adequate ductility for most applications.
Petra® 130 FR
Petra 130 FR is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, flame retardant injection molding compound based on post-consumer and post-industrial recycle polyethylene terephthalate feedstocks. It is recognized as UL 94V-0/5VA by Underwriters Laboratories. It is also available in pigmented versions.
Petra® 130 FR BK-112
Petra 130 FR BK-112 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented, flame retardant injection molding compound based on post-consumer and post-industrial recycle polyethylene terephthalate feedstocks. It is recognized as UL 94V-0/5VA by Underwriters Laboratories.
Petra® 140
Petra 140 is a 45% glass reinforced polyethylene terephthalate (PET) injection molding compound offering an increased level of strength, stiffness, high temperature performance, dimensional stability. Excellent resistance to creep under load, and maintains the inherent chemical and electrical properties associated with polyesters.
Petra® 140 BK-112
Petra 140 BK-112 is a 45% glass reinforced, pigmented black, polyethylene terephtalate (PET) injection molding compound offering an increased level of strength, stiffness, high temperature performance and dimensional stability. Resistance to creep under load is excellent and it maintains the inherent chemical and electrical properties associated with polyester.
Petra® 230 BK-112
Petra 230 BK-112 is a 35% mineral and glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented, polyethylene terephthalate injection molding compound. It exhibits a very good combination of performance properties including high strength and stiffness with ductility at elevated temperatures, good chemical resistance, dimensional stability and warp resistance.
Petra® 330 FR BK-112
Petra 330 FR BK-112 is a 30% glass reinforced, flame retardant PET, pigmented black injection molding compound rated UL94 V-0 in a 1/64 inch thickness. The product is designed for injection molding of thin and complex parts such as electrical bobbins. Due to its high crystallization rate the processability of the product in the injection molding process is very good. It exhibits excellent balance of properties including strength, stiffness, HDT, dimensional resistance and electrical properties.
Petra® 7010 BK5830
Petra 7010 BK5830 is a 15% glass fiber reinforced, pigmented black injection molding compound based on post-consumer recycle polyethylene terephthalate. Formulated for superior surface aesthetics, it exhibits excellent melt stability and high flow over a broad range of processing conditions. The combination of high strength and dimensional stability enable its use in structural applications designed for metal.
Petra® 7030 GY6128
Petra 7030 GY6128 is a grey pigmented, high flow 30% glass fiber reinforced injection molding compound based on post-consumer and post-industrial recycled polyethylene terephthalate feedstock. It offers strength, stiffness, and rigidity combined with excellent dimensional stability, creep resistance and high temperature performance. It's improved flow results in excellent surface aesthetics which can eliminate the need for painting parts.
