Nypel® Nylon Resins

Nypel nylon resins from BASF are recycled nylon injection molding and extrusion compounds based on select, post-industrial, recycled polyamide (nylon) feedstocks and are specially formulated to combine quality, performance and processability. Nypel nylon resins provide molders, converters and OEMs with environmentally friendly, cost-efficient materials that reduce the flow of waste materials to landfills. The resins maintain many of the properties associated with virgin nylon resins, including an overall balance of strength, stiffness and toughness combined with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Nypel nylon resins are available in black and natural colors.

INJECTION MOLDING GRADES

	Nypel® 2314 HS BK6 Nypel 2314 HS BK6 is a black pigmented, low viscosity, heat stabilized, semi crystalline, injection molding compound based on recycled PA6 feedstocks. It also offers the following: good chemical and thermal aging resistance, good flow and processability, as well as good dimensional stability.
	Nypel® 2367G HS BK Nypel 2367G HS BK is a black pigmented, semi crystalline, heat stabilized, low viscosity, 40% mineral and glass fiber reinforced injection molding compound based on recycled PA6 feedstocks. It possesses a balance of engineering properties in combination with excellent dimensional stability, good flow and processability, low warp and good chemical, abrasion and sink-mark formation resistance.
	Nypel® 6015G HS BK Nypel 6015G HS BK black pigmented, semi crystalline, heat stabilized, low viscosity, 15% glass fiber reinforced injection molding compound based on recycled PA6 feedstocks. It possesses a balance of engineering properties in combination with excellent dimensional stability, good flow and processability, low warp and good chemical, abrasion and sink-mark formation resistance. It is based on recycled PA6 feedstocks, quality and performance are combined at a lower cost.
	Nypel® 6030G HS BK Nypel 6030G HS BK is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, heat stabilized, black pigmented, injection molding compound based on recylced PA6 feedstocks.
	Nypel® 6030G HS DB BK5830 Nypel 6030G HS DB BK5830 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, heat stabilized, black pigmented, injection molding compound based on recylced PA6 feedstocks.
	Nypel® RC6024 BK Nypel RC6024 BK is a black pigmented, semi crystalline, heat stabilized, low viscosity, 30% mineral and glass fiber reinforced injection molding compound based on recycled PA6 feedstocks. It possesses a balance of engineering properties in combination with excellent dimensional stability, good flow and processability, low warp and good chemical, abrasion and sink-mark formation resistance.
	Nypel® RC6030F BK Nypel RC6030F BK is a heat stabilized, 30% glass fiber reinforced injection molding grade.
