Ultradur® B 4300 G3 is an easy flowing injection molding PBT with 15% glass fiber reinforcement for rigid, tough, and dimensionally stable parts.


Ultradur® B 4300 G6 High Speed Unc. is a high flow, fast cycling with low warpage, 30% glass filled, pigmented black, injection molding PBT for industrial parts, rigid tough and dimensional stable applications.

Ultradur B 4300 G6 LS High Speed BK15045 is a high flow, fast cycling with low warpage, 30% glass filled, pigmented black, injection molding PBT for industrial parts, rigid tough and dimensional stable applications.


Ultramid® A3EG7 BK23189
Ultramid A3EG7 BK23189 is a 35% glass fiber reinforced, pigmented black, injection molding PA66 grade for machinery components and housings of high stiffness and dimensional stability.

Ultradur® B 2300 G6 HR BK15116 is a hydrolysis resistant, pigmented black 30% fiberglass reinforced PBT, exhibiting superior flow characteristics. Designed for improved latch strength in automotive connectors.


Ultradur® B 2300 G6 HR Unc. is a hydrolysis resistant, 30% fiberglass reinforced PBT, exhibiting superior flow characteristics. Designed for improved latch strength in automotive connectors.


Ultradur® B 4043 G6 HR BK 15073 - is a hydrolysis resistant, pigmented black, 30% fiberglass reinforced PBT exhibiting superior surface finish and low warpage.


Ultradur B4330 G6 HR BK 15045


(for applications requiring a flammability rating):
Ultradur® B 4406 G4 BK 7110 - is an injection molding grade with 20 % glass fibers, pigmented black, for parts requiring enhanced fire resistance (eg relay housings, plug-and-socket connectors, switches, lighting components).


(for applications requiring lead free solder, high heat resistance, and chemical resistance):
Ultradur® T KR 4355G7 - is a 35% glass fiber reinforced injection molding PA6/6T grade featuring high toughness, stiffness, and strength, low water absorption, and high melting point (295 C). After the material has been conditioned, its mechanical properties remain stable up to 60 C. This grade is available in black.

Ultramid® B3S BK00464 is an easy flowing, finely crystalline, black pigmented, injection molding grade PA 6.

Ultrason® S polysulfone (PSU) and Ultrason® E polyethersulfone (PES) are versatile transparent, high-temperature, high-performance thermoplastics. Outstanding chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance and high constant-use temperatures are key to automotive and electronic applications that include lighting and bezels.

Ultrason® S is often used where required performance exceeds the capabilities of polyamide, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene, polyalkylene terephthalate and, in some cases, thermosets, metals and ceramics.

Ultrason® S 2010, an unreinforced, medium viscosity standard injection molding PSU grade flows readily, offers outstanding heat resistance and dimensional stability.

Ultrason® S polysulfone (PSU) and Ultrason® E polyethersulfone (PES) are versatile transparent, high-temperature, high-performance thermoplastics. Outstanding chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance and high constant-use temperatures are key to automotive and electronic applications that include lighting and bezels.

Ultrason® S and Ultrason® E are often used where required performance exceeds the capabilities of polyamide, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene, polyalkylene terephthalate and, in some cases, thermosets, metals and ceramics.

Ultrason® E 2010 (For reflector applications), an unreinforced, medium viscosity standard injection molding PES grade, flows readily, offers outstanding heat resistance and dimensional stability.


Ultrason® E 2010 G4 (For lighting socket applications) is a 20% glass reinforced, medium viscosity injection molding PES grade with high rigidity and strength.


Ultrason® E 2010 G6 (For lighting socket applications) is a 30% glass reinforced, medium viscosity injection molding PES grade with higher rigidity and strength.

Molded Interconnect Devices for Laser Direct Structuring (LDS)

Ultramid® T 4381 LDS is an optimized formulation based on PA6/6T (semi-aromatic polyamide). The glass fiber/mineral reinforced resin provides excellent metallizing performance, adhesion of the circuits to the polymer surface, and lower warpage in the high heat process.

Ultramid® HMG14 HS BK-102 Ultramid HMG14 HS BK-102 is a 60% glass reinforced, injection molding grade of PA66 offering high strength and stiffness. Due to inherently lower moisture absorption, Ultramid HMG14 HS BK-102 shows improved retention of mechanical properties after moisture conditioning. In addition, molded parts possess an exceptional surface finish.

Ultramid® B3WG6 BK00564 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented, heat stabilized injection molding PA6 grade. It features good surface appearance, good flowability, good long-term heat aging performance up to 150°C, medium weld strength, and long-term global availability with globally consistent high quality.


Ultramid® 8233G HS BK-102 Ultramid 8233G HS is a heat stabilized, 33% glass fiber reinforced PA6 injection molding compound offering excellent strength, stiffness, high temperature performance and dimensional stability. It is also available in non-heat stabilized (Ultramid 8233G) and/or pigmented versions.


Ultramid® B3WG8 BK 00564 is a heat stabilized, black pigmented, 40% glass fiber reinforced PA6 injection molding compound. It may be used for metal replacement to target lightweighting needs.

Air Intake Manifolds:
Ultramid® Air Intake Manifolds (AIM) have been in large-scale production since 1990. BASF has played a major role in developing this application in polyamide from the first thermoplastic AIM in 1972 to most recently a twin-charged plastic manifold. BASF materials, product design and development have passed those tests time after time.

We have Ultramid® B3WG6 BGVW, a 30% glass reinforced polyamide 6 resin, specially formulated for optimum welding and appearance. This grade is globally available and produced in Asia, Europe and North America. BASF also offers higher flow, fast cycling material options - High Productivity Resins for air intake manifolds.

These materials withstand long-term temperatures up to 140°C and short-term peaks to 170°C. They also provide high pressure burst strength, hydrocarbon resistance, exceptional stiffness-to-toughness ratio, dimensional stability, low creep and excellent noise dampening characteristics.

Ultramid® B3WG6 BK00564 BGVW is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented, heat stabilized injection molding PA6 grade. It features good surface appearance, good flowability, good long-term heat aging performance up to 150°C, medium weld strength, and long-term global availability with globally consistent high quality.

Ultramid® A3HG6 HR BK 23591
PA66, 30% glass reinforced, heat stabilized, injection molding resin with glycol hydrolysis resistance suitable for automotive engine cooling applications such as radiator end tanks.


Ultramid® A3WG6 HRX BK23591
PA66, 30% glass reinforced, heat stabilized, injection molding resin with additional glycol hydrolysis and heat aging resistance. Typical usage is for radiator end tanks with higher glycol and temperature requirements.


Ultramid® A3WG7 HRX BK23591
PA66, 35% glass reinforced, heat stabilized, injection molding resin with additional glycol hydrolysis and heat aging resistance. Targeted for engine oil coolers, automotive water pumps, coolant inlets and outlet components where higher tensile properties are desirable.


Ultramid® 1703-2 BK ND 3007 is a 25% glass reinforced, heat stabilized, pigmented black injection molding PA6/6 for hydrolysis resistant applications.

Ultramid® A3WGM53 BK20560 Ultramid A3WGM53 BK20560 is a 40% glass/mineral reinforced, pigmented black, injection molding grade for high stiffness parts with good dimensional stability and surface finish.


Ultramid® A3WG7 HP BK20560 is a 35% glass fiber reinforced black grade of PA66 developed to provide enhanced appearance and improved flow.

Engine Covers:
BASF's Ultramid® resins provide exceptional appearance coupled with very consistent processing. The extra high flow grades can lower part cost by reducing the part thickness by 1/3 or running the part in a smaller injection-molding machine. For covers exposed to very high temperature, BASF offers resins that retain a beautiful appearance even after long-term exposure to 170° C.

Ultramid® B3WGM24 HPX BK 23210 is a 30% glass/mineral filled, heat stabilized, high flow, injection molding grade for applications requiring medium to high rigidity, high dimensional stability and superior surface appearance.

Ultramid® 8272G HS BK-102 is a 12% glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented, thermally modified, PA6 blow molding compound offering an excellent balance of engineering properties combined with the melt strength ideally suited for blow molding and other applications requiring ultra high melt viscosity. It exhibits improved strength, stiffness and creep resistance compare to standard blow molding grades. Outstanding permeability and chemical resistance to oils, hydrocarbons and most solvents are other advantages along with excellent stiffness and the ability to fabricate complex shapes for cost effective metal replacements.


Ultramid® A3W2G6 is a PA66/6 blend, 30% glass fiber reinforcement suitable, highly heat stabilized for hot air applications at 200 C continuous use temperature.

Ultramid® A3W2G10 BK20560 is a PA66, 50% glass fiber reinforcement and highly heat stabilized suitable for hot air applications at 190 C continuous use temperature

Dolphin® technology combines manufacturing, material and design innovation for improved approaches to instrument panel applications. The process creates a soft-skin trim surface in a single manufacturing cell. Faster and more economical, Dolphin® technology reduces complexity and yields logistical advantages compared with conventional multi-layer foam part manufacturing. Because the system is based entirely on polyester chemistry, it may also be easier to recycle than conventional PU foam technology.

The material features high stiffness and strength, very good dimensional stability at high temperatures, low water absorption and outstanding heat-aging performance. It finds use in high quality, highly stressed engineering parts in a variety of seating components.

Ultraform® acetal polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer products combine high rigidity with mechanical strength, good elastic properties, high toughness, dimensional stability and excellent sliding friction properties for exacting engineering components capable of withstanding the high stresses in applications including a variety of clips and mechanical components in the seat and lumbar system.

Ultramid® TG7S is a 34% glass reinforced, heat stabilized, impact modified PA6 injection molding grade. It meets the demanding requirements of the seat cushion/pan application. TG7S exhibits improved strength, stiffness and notched impact properties over Ultramid 8333G HI.

Roof Racks:
Roof racks are an economical way to add storage and an edgy way to augment roof lines on crossover vehicles. Sun roofs add an extra dimension to interior space, vent heat and freshen air. Together these applications demand the strength, exposure resistance and durability to withstand year-round, hot-cold cycling. BASF's rugged Ultramid® and moisture-resistant Ultradur® resins deliver precisely the profile of properties required.

Ultramid® SEGM35 H1 BK-126 is a 40% glass/mineral reinforced injection molding grade. It offers enhanced surface appearance, it also exhibits similar UV weathering characteristics compared to 8267G HS BK-106. In parts containing cross sections, significant pressure drops are encountered during filling.


Ultramid® B3GM35 BKQ642 23220 is a 40% combined glass-fiber and mineral reinforced, pigmented balck injection molding PA6 grade.

Ultradur® B 4040 G10 BK5110 is a pigmented black, injection molding PBT with 50% glass fiber reinforced for technical parts with excellent surface finish.


Ultramid® B3WG7 BK00564 is a 35% glass fiber reinforced, pigmented black, injection molding PA6 grade for highly rigid, dimensionally stable components which are resistant to high temperature aging and have improved retention of properties in a hot water environment.


Ultramid® B3GM35 BKQ642 23220 is a 40% combined glass-fiber and mineral reinforced, pigmented balck injection molding PA6 grade.


Latches: Door latches are improved with high strength Ultramid®, Ultradur®, and Ultraform® resins that help guide and quietly glide the metal components.

Ultraform® N 2320 003 UNC Q600 - is a rapidly freezing general-purpose injection-molding POM grade. It contains a mold release agent.


Ultraform® H 2320 006 Q600 - is a POM with high molecular weight grade for injection molding. It conforms to FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.2470.

Ultramid® B3WG6 BK00564 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, pigmented black, heat stabilized injection molding PA6 grade.


Ultraform® N 2320 C BK120 Q600 is a pigmented black, Electro Statically Dissipative (ESD) POM for injection molding applications.


Handles: Door handles in Ultramid® resin have become an industry standard for strength and reliability. Resins are available in black and can be painted to match any décor.

Ultramid® 8267G HS BK-106 - is a heat stabilized, weather resistant, 40% mineral and glass fiber reinforced PA6 injection molding compound with improved UV resistance and sink mark resistance. The combination of mineral and glass fibers result in a high performance, low warp and cost effective engineering thermoplastic. It exhibits high strength, good UV resistance, rigidity and good heat distortion temperatures. It has a relatively high resistance to creep under load. The heat stabilizer system extends its retention of properties at elevated temperatures. It has good chemical resistance to greases, oils and hydrocarbons.


Ultramid® SEGM35 H1 BK-126 is a 40% glass/mineral reinforced injection molding grade. It offers enhanced surface appearance, it also exhibits similar UV weathering characteristics compared to 8267G HS BK-106. In parts containing cross sections, significant pressure drops are encountered during filling.

Body Panels & Fuel Doors:

Ultramid® TOP 3000 and TOP 4000, new grades developed for large exterior body parts and fuel doors, can withstand the elevated temperatures of online painting. Ultramid® TOP 3000 is a high value solution for automotive and industrial applications requiring high-bake online paintability. (Based on the Ultramid® T polymer chemistry, 'TOP' stands for Ultramid® T Online Paintable.) The material possesses excellent heat stability, high stiffness, good processing characteristics, low coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE), and slow moisture uptake. The material is also well suited to lawn and garden and recreational power equipment applications.

Wheel Covers:
Designer wheel covers now bond directly to the wheel. This "new look" looks even better when you consider what you can save by replacing more expensive materials - and by simplifying the qualification of new designs. The high strength and temperature resistance of Ultramid® and Ultradur® resins keep the wheel covers looking good despite increased brake heat loads and the wear and tear of use.

Ultramid® B3M6 is a 30% mineral reinforced injection molding PA6 grade for industrial items requiring high impact strength and very high dimensional stability, excellent laser markability.
